Mango Sorbet:

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup water plus more as needed

Mango Pineapple Sorbet:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup water plus more as needed

Creamy Mango Sorbet:

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk plus more as needed

Coconut Mango Sorbet:

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk plus more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons flaked coconut

Strawberry Mango Sorbet:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup water plus more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to thin.
  • Pour mixture into a 9×9-inch glass or metal dish and freeze for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the freezer and scrape with a fork, then freeze for another hour.
  • Repeat twice: freeze for 2 more hours, scraping twice.
  • Transfer mango sorbet to a plastic container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
