Low Calorie Baked Potatoes:

Low Calorie Baked Potato Toppings:

  • Chives
  • Green onions
  • Salsa or hot sauce
  • Jalapeños pickled or fresh
  • Greek Yogurt in place of sour cream
  • Sharp cheddar cheese use sparingly
  • Cooked and crumbled turkey bacon

Instructions
 

  • Wash potatoes and poke them with a fork a few times.
  • Add to slow cooker, spray with olive oil and sprinkle over salt and pepper.
  • Cook on high 3 hours or low 6-8 hours or until tender.
  • Note: If you want a crispy skin on your potatoes, broil them for a couple minutes in the oven before serving.
