And I like to use canned chickpeas to make this recipe, it makes the recipe so quick and easy. But if you love cooking your own chickpeas, feel free to use cooked and cooled chickpeas/garbanzo beans.

How to Make Healthy Peanut Butter Protein Balls
This quick and easy peanut butter protein balls recipe comes together in a flash. I prefer them chilled, but you can eat them at room temperature too.
They hold for about a week in the fridge, I like to place them in a freezer bag or glass container and just place them in the fridge door. It makes quick snacking extra easy and fun.

How to Make Healthy Peanut Butter Protein Balls:
- Add the chickpeas, peanut butter, and desired honey in a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Then add in the protein powder, and salt, and pulse until combined.
- Your dough should be similar to cookie dough consistency. If too dry, add 1 teaspoon of water at a time pulsing in-between each until it comes together.

- Sprinkle with coconut (if using) and place in the fridge.
- Serve cold or room temperature, will hold for 1 week in the fridge.
