Add the chickpeas, peanut butter, and desired honey in a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Then add in the protein powder, and salt, and pulse until combined.
Your dough should be similar to cookie dough consistency. If too dry, add 1 teaspoon of water at a time pulsing in-between each until it comes together.
Scoop out dough using a tablespoon, and roll together with your hands (if it sticks, get your hands wet).
