Making low calorie tortilla chips have never been easier to make and clean up, this healthy chips recipe has virtually no clean up!

Seasoning Blends for Low Calorie Chips:

  • Preheat oven to 400ยบ degrees and line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cut the tortillas into 6 triangles each.
  • Add the tortilla chips to the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
  • Spray lightly with olive oil spray and sprinkle with salt or desired seasoning.
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool, they will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  • To storeโ€“ Place in a gallon freezer bag or air tight container and place in the pantry, will hold for 5-7 days.

Air Fryer Cooking Directions:

  • Prepare as directed above.
  • Add the prepared chips to the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, flipping 1/2 way through.
