  1. To a carafe or pitcher, add all of the lemon, cucumber and mint.
  2. Use a muddler (or potato masher) to gently mash the ingredients to release their flavors.
  3. Add the water, mix together, and let marinate for 2 hours in the fridge before serving.

One serving is 1 liter of the infused water. The calories are based off discarding (and not eating) the lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves.
