How to Make Cucumber Mint Lemon Water
This detoxification drink is easy to make and to take with you all day long! I like to add it to a reusable water bottle and take it with me when running errands or on road trips.
Tools and Equipment:
- Carafe or Pitcher
- Muddler or Potato Masher

How to Make Infused Water for Weight Loss:
- To a carafe or pitcher, add all of the lemon, cucumber and mint.
- Use a muddler (or potato masher) to gently mash the ingredients to release their flavors.
- Add the water, mix together, and let marinate for 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
Special Tips on Making Fruit Infused Water Recipes:
- Use a Fruit Infused Water Pitcher to make these drinks! The canister in the center of the pitcher will hold the ingredients submerged. This will intensify the flavor!
- If you don’t have a fruit infused pitcher, add 3 cups of ice to the top of the water. Do not mix, but instead add to the fridge. As the ice slowly melts it will keep the ingredients submerged longer. This will intensify the flavor!
Weight Loss Lemon Cucumber Mint Water Recipe
This weight loss water will hold for 24 hours, and I do not recommend eating the fruit. It will be waterlogged, and lacking in flavor (because all the flavor is in your water!)
The best time to drink this detox drink is all day long. Formulated to be an all day drink, you can drink it in place of water all day. It’s especially great for people trying to increase their water intake.

Nutrition and Calories in Lemon Cucumber Mint Water
One serving is 1 liter of the infused water. The calories are based off discarding (and not eating) the lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves.
I recommend discarding them after each use and starting over for maximum weight loss benefits. Though you can refill the water and mash the ingredients a second time if you are just looking for lightly flavored water.
