Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the ingredients to a bag, mix and add to the freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.

Chicken Breast Recipe:

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 tablespoons chosen spice mix see below for 5 choices!

Simple Chicken Spice Mix:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees, spray the bottom of a large casserole dish with olive oil spray.
  • Sprinkle the chicken breasts with your chosen spice blend.
  • Place the chicken breasts into the casserole dish and lightly spray the tips with olive oil spray.
  • Bake chicken breasts for 15-18 minutes. Until the juices run clear and the internal temp is 165 degrees.
