This Low Calorie BLT Wrap recipe is just 422 calories for the “highest calorie version”. I gave you the option to choose your bacon, pork, turkey, or vegan bacon. And I choose the highest calorie bacon for the nutrition, so it can only go down from there. The low calorie BLT Wraps are packed with 23.4g of protein and come with different tortilla wraps to cut carbs and more calories.

  • 1 10 inch Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap
  • 2 tablespoons “No Mayo” Sandwich Sauce
  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 2 slices cooked bacon (pork, turkey, or vegan)

Meal Prep: You can meal prep this healthy recipe easily. Simply assemble, wrap in parchment paper and add to a plastic bag or container.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge (may get soggy, so 1 day is ideal), does not do well in the freezer.

These Low Calorie BLT Wraps are just 422 calories and packed with 23.4g of protein.
I used whole wheat carb balance tortillas (see link below for visual help on size) but you can also use keto wraps if you prefer.
Special Tip: You can easily cut the calories more by using just one slice of bacon (will cut 100 calories!) or by using turkey bacon or vegan bacon. I used pork bacon for the nutrition as it has the highest amount of calories.

  • Lay the wrap on a cutting board, and smear the sandwich sauce over one side.
  • Top with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
