This is a “create your own” type of wrap, you get to choose the type of bacon you use, the type of wrap you use. So you can make them as I did (with real bacon and whole wheat wraps) or go super healthy with keto wraps and turkey bacon.
Here’s a little tip to make turkey bacon taste more like real bacon: Get your pack of turkey bacon, and just one slice of real bacon from the butcher. Then cook the real bacon in with the turkey bacon and it will infuse the turkey bacon with it’s flavor… sure the bacon fat will slightly raise the calories of the turkey bacon, but not by more than 15 calories per slice.

How to Make Low Calorie BLT Wraps
I like to make the bacon ahead of time and add it to a bag or container. Then assembly is fast.
And if you are like me, and can’t stay away from the cooked bacon, pop it in the freezer. You can assemble these low calorie BLT Wraps with the cooked and frozen bacon, then add to your lunch box. It will defrost by lunch.

- Lay the wrap on a cutting board, and smear the sandwich sauce over one side.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
