This lemon cocktail is easy to make once you have the homemade lemonade done. So make that ahead of time so you can enjoy your low calorie hard lemonade tonight or after work tomorrow.

And you can even freeze the lemonade into cubes, this way you have them ready for quick hard lemonade drinks anytime.

How to Make Skinny Hard Lemonade:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener and 1 cup of water.
  2. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds, but leave pulp if you like (I do!).
  4. In a large pitcher, stir together chilled zero-calorie syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
  5. Chill until you’re ready to make skinny lemonade cocktails. 

How to Make “Copycat” Mike’s Hard Lemonade:

  1. To a cocktail shaker or tall glass combine the homemade lemonade and vodka.
  2. Shake well or stir with a spoon.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice (or just fill the tall glass with ice).
  4. Pour in the club soda, garnish with a lemon slice, and serve cold.
