Low Calorie Club Sandwich

Low Calorie Club Sandwich

This Low Calorie Club Sandwich is just 419 calories and has 32.4g of protein. And yes that is for the entire sandwich, with the extra slice of bread in the center. I know what you’re thinking, 3 slices of bread, and bacon. How can this be healthy?! And I use the word “healthy” mildly here, this is more of a “healthier” version than a full on healthy sandwich.

Meal Prep: You can meal prep this sandwich for the next day. Simply assemble, wrap in parchment paper and add to a plastic bag or container.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge (may get soggy, so 1 day is ideal), does not do well in the freezer.

Nutrition and Calories in Club Sandwiches

Low Sodium: The sodium is high because of the meat and the bacon, this (for the most part) is unavoidable. However, you could get low sodium meats and turkey bacon and that would lower it quite a bit.
Low Carb: Try this sandwich with my Low Calorie High Protein Bread and also skip the middle slice (this will help cut calories as well).
