These quick and easy grilled cheese sandwiches are made in just 7 minutes (including prep time) and a great recipe for lunch or dinner.
Tools and Equipment:
- Skillet with Lid (use a grated one for grill marks)
- Spatula


How to Make Grilled Cheese Sandwiches:
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Spray the pan with olive oil, and add one slice of bread to the hot pan.
- Add the cheese, and any additional ingredients to the bread in the pan, and top with the remaining slice of bread.
- Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the bottom bread slice is toasted and the cheese has started to melt.
- Flip the sandwich and cook uncovered for an additional 3-5 minutes until both slices of bread are toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Move to a cutting board and slice in half, serve hot.
