  • 2 teaspoons all natural zero calorie brown sugar (or brown sugar)
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 oz Crisp Apple Sparkling Water (or apple cider)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Apple slice (optional garnish)
  • Rosemary Sprig (optional garnish)

Healthy Mocktails Make Ahead and Storage Tips

Make Ahead – Make the mocktail as directed (feel free to double or triple the amounts to make a large batch). Add to a large lidded jar, or pitcher. Place in the fridge to chill. To serve, mix well and pour over ice.
Refrigerated Drinks – Will hold in the refrigerator for 3 days.

  • Add the all natural zero calorie brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice to a small plate to make a sugar rim mixture.
  • Lightly wet the rim of a glass with water, then dip it in the zero calorie sugar rim mixture. Roll around so that the rim is covered.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Add the Crisp Apple Sparkling Water or apple cider to a cocktail shaker with the cinnamon stick, then add 1/2 cup ice.
  • Shake for 30-60 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass, and garnish.
