  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 oz Crisp Apple Sparkling Water or apple cider
  • 1 oz vodka
  • Star Anise for garnish

Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for 2 weeks (it won’t freeze solid thanks to the booze).
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

  • Add the all natural zero calorie brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice to a small plate to make a sugar rim mixture.
  • Lightly wet the rim of a martini glass with water, then dip it in the zero calorie sugar rim mixture. Roll around so that the rim is covered.
  • Add the Crisp Apple Sparkling Water or apple cider to a cocktail shaker, then add the vodka and 1/2 cup ice.
  • Shake for 30-60 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into the martini glass, and drop the star anise in to garnish.
