Instructions

  • Add the all natural zero calorie brown sugar and cocoa powder to a small plate to make a sugar rim mixture.
  • Lightly wet the rim of a martini glass with water, then dip it in the zero calorie sugar rim mixture. Roll around so that the rim is covered.
  • Add the chocolate syrup, vodka and 1/2 cup ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake for 30-60 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into the martini glass, top with almond milk creamer and a marshmallow to garnish.
  • Special Tip: You can add a marshmallow to a metal skewer and lightly toast it over a gas burner (yes the one in your kitchen) to brown. If you have an electric stovetop you can use a lighter with a long neck. Just be careful not to burn yourself.
