Healthy Protein Powder Hot Chocolate Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep

  • The Night Before – Add the dry ingredients for your protein hot chocolate into your mug and cover. Leave on the countertop (or the fridge of you have pets) until the next morning. You can also measure the almond milk and water ahead of time and leave in the fridge for an effortless morning routine.

Leftover Storage

  • Fridge Storage – Add any leftover latte to a jar. Close and store in the fridge for 2-3 days. Serve chilled over ice.
  • Freezer Storage – Cool then pour any leftover hot chocolate into ice cube molds, and freeze solid (about 4 hours). Then pop out of the mold and move to a freezer bag to avoid freezer burn. Will hold for 1 month in the freezer and is perfect in chilled smoothies and drinks.
