Meal Prep: You can meal prep this healthy recipe easily. Simply assemble, wrap in parchment paper and add to a plastic bag or container.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge (may get soggy, so 1 day is ideal), does not do well in the freezer.

Low Calorie Turkey Spinach Wraps for Weight Loss
Ingredients
- 1 spinach wrap or gluten-free spinach wrap
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 sliced turkey
- ¼ avocado sliced
- ¼ tomato sliced

Instructions
- Place the spinach wrap on a plate or cutting board.
- In this order (to avoid sogginess) top the spinach wrap with the romaine leaves, sliced turkey, avocado, tomato, and the cheese.
- Drizzle or scoop the low calorie smear of your choice.
- Fold the ends of the spinach wrap over the ends, and wrap like a burrito, and cut in half. (If this is difficult, just roll it like an open-ended burrito and cut in half).
