Healthy Roasted Radishes Meal Prep and Storage

Low Calorie Roasted Radishes
This ranch flavored roasted radishes recipe is made with our famous Homemade Ranch Seasoning. But you can use garlic salt in place of the homemade seasoning to make this baked red radish recipe even easier.At just 31 calories for 1 cup of oven roasted radishes, you can enjoy this low calorie recipe without guilt. Plus it's so flavorful, you won't even know you're eating healthy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh radishes about 25 radishes
- Olive oil spray
- 1 ½ tablespoons Homemade Ranch Seasoning or 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove and discard the radish stems, wash well and cut each radish in half. Adding to a large bowl as you work.
- To the large bowl, add the homemade ranch seasoning and toss well.
- Spray the parchment paper lined baking sheet lightly with olive oil, spread radishes out in a single layer on the baking sheet, then spray the radishes lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing 1-2 times to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot or chill and add to a cold salad.
