Low Calorie Strawberry Chocolate Glazed Donuts
Healthy Donuts Meal Prep and Storage
Make Ahead: You can make these ahead of time and complete decorate them. Or just make the donuts without glazing and do that later.
Storage: These will hold in the fridge for 6 days and the freezer for a month.
Serving: I recommend serving these at room temperature or cold. If you heat them up the frosting and chocolate will melt. But if that is more your speed, add to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30-60 seconds.

Ingredients
Low Calorie Donuts:
- Olive Oil Spray
- ¾ cup old-fashioned oats or gluten-free oats
- 36 g (1.3oz+) Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 tablespoons Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener or sugar
- ¼ cup 0% greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Low Calorie Strawberry Chocolate Topping:
- 2 tablespoons 0% greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Low Calorie Strawberry Jam or store-bought
- 2 teaspoons water
- ⅛ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon all-natural sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees and spray a 6-hole donut pan with olive oil.
- In a food processor or high speed blender, combine the oats, protein powder, and sweetener. Pulse until you have a flour like consistency.
- Transfer to a medium bowl and add in the greek yogurt, milk, and baking powder. Mix together until combined.
- Fill each donut hole with 4 tablespoons of batter, smoothing out in an even layer.
- Bake in the center rack for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool in the donut pan for 5 minutes, then move the donuts to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- While the donuts cool completely, make the glaze: Add the yogurt and the jam to a medium bowl and mix together. Add water 1 teaspoon at a time until it's runny (you might not need both teaspoons- that's ok)
- Once the donuts are completely cooled (very important) dip the tops of the donuts into the glaze.
- Set them on a wire rack or a piece of parchment paper to set while you make the chocolate drizzle.
- Add the chocolate and oil to a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 10 second increments, mixing between each 10 second until completely melted.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the tops with a fork or spoon, and add the sprinkles (if using).
- Let set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens, and serve.
