  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Low Calorie Marinara Sauce (or store-bought)
  • 10 oz fat free cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 12 slices turkey pepperoni (or more if you like)
  • Low Calorie Baguette, sliced and toasted (optional)

Healthy Pizza Dip Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can prep the entire dip and before baking, cover with foil. Then place in the freezer or the fridge to bake according to the directions in the recipe card below.
Storage: This recipe will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the fridge for 1 month.
Reheating: To reheat, you can add to a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Or add the baking dish back to the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Low Calorie Marinara Sauce or store-bought
  • 10 oz fat free cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 12 slices turkey pepperoni or more if you like
  • Low Calorie Baguette sliced and toasted (optional)
  • Low Calorie Chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add cottage cheese and marinara sauce to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Move the blended mixture to an oven safe skillet, and add in the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • Top with the mozzarella cheese, and then the pepperoni.
  • Add to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, serve hot with toasted baguette slices or chips.
