  • 1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 24 nitrate free mini turkey hot dogs (or 8 hotdogs cut into 3rds)
  • 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning optional

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • To a large mixing bowl, add the flour, greek yogurt, and salt. Mix together until you have a thick dough.
  • Wet your hands (so they don’t stick to the dough) and shape into a large dough ball.
  • Flour a clean countertop or surface, and transfer the dough to the floured surface.
  • Add a bit more flour to the top of the dough, and use a rolling pin to roll out to a large 12 inch square.
  • Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into 24 squares (3 cuts vertically and 5 across).
  • Wrap a piece of dough around each mini hot dog, and pinch closed.
  • If using the bagel seasoning, add to a plate and roll each prepared pig in a blanket in the seasoning before adding to the prepared baking sheet. Otherwise, just add the prepared pigs in a blanket to the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
