These Low Calorie Strawberry Chocolate Glazed Donuts are just 70 calories each, and are also low carb and low sugar!Perfect for Valentines Day, Mother's Day, or anytime you want a sweet treat. I know you'll love these healthy donuts. Special Tip: To give the dough part of the donuts more of a strawberry flavor, swap out the vanilla protein powder for strawberry protein powder.
Preheat oven to 350° degrees and spray a 6-hole donut pan with olive oil.
In a food processor or high speed blender, combine the oats, protein powder, and sweetener. Pulse until you have a flour like consistency.
Transfer to a medium bowl and add in the greek yogurt, milk, and baking powder. Mix together until combined.
Fill each donut hole with 4 tablespoons of batter, smoothing out in an even layer.
Bake in the center rack for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool in the donut pan for 5 minutes, then move the donuts to a cooling rack to cool completely.
While the donuts cool completely, make the glaze: Add the yogurt and the jam to a medium bowl and mix together. Add water 1 teaspoon at a time until it's runny (you might not need both teaspoons- that's ok)
Once the donuts are completely cooled (very important) dip the tops of the donuts into the glaze.
Set them on a wire rack or a piece of parchment paper to set while you make the chocolate drizzle.
Add the chocolate and oil to a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 10 second increments, mixing between each 10 second until completely melted.
Drizzle the chocolate over the tops with a fork or spoon, and add the sprinkles (if using).
Let set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens, and serve.
