This Low Calorie Pie Crust is easy and fast, and only requires 3 ingredients! You can make this healthy pie crust for sweet or savory pies and pastries, and you can easily double the recipe to make a bottom and a top crust!
Ingredient You’ll Need
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (or Gluten-Free)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 7 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar (optional- for sweet crust)

Healthy Pie Crust Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can make the pie crusts ahead of time. Add to a pie pan and cover with wax paper. Then place in a freezer bag and freeze or refrigerate.
Storage: Prepped and uncooked pie crusts will hold in the freezer for a month.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (or Gluten-Free)
- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Add the flour, salt, and sugar (if using) to a large bowl.
- Gradually add in the milk, mixing as you go.
- Mix until the dough comes together if you grab a handful and squeeze.
- Form into a ball and move to a floured surface.
- Roll out and place into a pie pan.
- If needed to bake ahead, prick all over with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
