Ingredients You’ll Need:

- 1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar (see recipe card)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Meal Prep
Freeze the Entire Batch – Cover the cinnamon rolls with plastic wrap or a casserole cover. Add to the fridge or freezer.
Freeze Individual Portions – Add individual portions to a container or in a plastic bag and cover/close. Place in the fridge or freezer.
Storage
Store in the Fridge: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Store in the Freezer: Store in the freezer for up to a month.
To Reheat: Microwave 1 minute from defrosted, or 2-3 minutes from frozen. Or place on a cookie sheet in an oven at 250 degrees for 5 minutes.

Low Calorie Cinnamon Rolls
Equipment
- 2 bowls – 1 large and 1 small
Ingredients
Low Calorie Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar (or regular sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Sugar Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons Zero-Calorie All Natural Powdered Sugar (or regular powdered sugar)
- 1 water
More Optional Toppings:
- ½ cup Low Calorie Cream Cheese Frosting
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- To a large bowl, combine the four and Greek yogurt. Mix together until it becomes a sticky dough.
- Lay the dough on a floured surface and roll out to a large rectangle and let sit and rise a little while you make the cinnamon glaze.
- To a small bowl, combine the coconut oil, cinnamon and sugar. Mix together, then spread over the top of the dough rectangle.
- Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice 10 strips, then roll each up into a cinnamon roll shape, placing the cinnamon rolls on the prepared baking sheet as you work.
- Add to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-17 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the optional glaze or the cream cheese frosting and chop any nuts you will be adding.
- When the cinnamon rolls are finished baking, remove from the oven. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before glazing and adding frosting. Top with chopped nuts and serve warm.
