You can make this recipe for tahini salad dressing in a jar, simply add all the ingredients to a clean jar. Cover and shake. You can even store the tahini dressing recipe in the jar!

Ingredients
 
 

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • cup water
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, or a jar combine all the ingredients.
  • Mix well (if using a jar cover and shake) and taste, add more salt, pepper as needed to taste, and more water 1 tablespoon at a time to thin.
  • Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
