Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days, does not hold well in the fridge.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup tahini
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- To a bowl, or a jar combine all the ingredients.
- Mix well (if using a jar cover and shake) and taste, add more salt, pepper as needed to taste, and more water 1 tablespoon at a time to thin.
- Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
