How to Make Healthy Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars

If you don’t cool them first, you’ll melt your cream cheese and it will get thin and runny. So be sure you let the cookie bars cool completely before you frost them!

White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting:
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 10 second increments, mixing in-between, until melted completely.

- Add 1/2 of the cranberries and 1/2 of the melted white chocolate to the large bowl.
- Use a hand mixer or countertop mixer to whisk on medium speed for 2-4 minutes, until it’s smooth and fluffy.
