Healthy Protein French Toast Sticks Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: These are great meal prep breakfasts, especially for kids! Make the French toast sticks, add to meal prep containers and store in the fridge or freezer.
Storage: Will hold for 6 days in the fridge. Or one month in the freezer.
Reheating: You can reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Low Calorie High Protein French Toast Sticks
Ingredients
- Olive Oil Spray
- 2 slices Low Calorie High Protein Bread
- 2 eggs
- ⅛ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Slice the each slice of bread into 4 sticks.
- Add the bread sticks to the hot dry pan, and toast until a little dried out and crispy.
- Meanwhile, add the eggs, almond milk, and protein powder in a shallow bowl or pie pan. Whisk well.
- Add the toasted bread sticks to the egg mixture, flip and soak up all of the eggs.
- Move the toast sticks to the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes each side.
- Alternatively you can bake the sticks in a hot oven on a cookie sheet (375 degrees, 5 minutes each side).
- Serve (4 sticks per serving) with your favorite healthy toppings.
