This Low Calorie Grilled Pork Chops Recipe is healthy and easy to make. It’s just 304 calories, has 18g of protein, and best of all you can make it with boneless or bone in pork chops!

- 4 pork chops any cut, see recipe card below
- 2 teaspoons Mesquite seasoning
- Olive Oil Spray
- ½ cup Homemade Barbecue Sauce (or organic store-bought)

Healthy Grilled Pork Chops Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: To meal prep these, you can season the chops ahead of time and make the BBQ sauce ahead of time. Alternatively you can cook the pork chops and cool completely before adding to the fridge or freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until warmed through.

Low Calorie Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops any cut, see below
- 2 teaspoons Mesquite seasoning
- Olive Oil Spray
- ½ cup Homemade Barbecue Sauce or organic store-bought
Instructions
Boneless Pork Chops:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Sprinkle the Mesquite seasoning over the pork chops, and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Place pork chops on the grill, cook for 2 minutes, then turn over and brush with homemade barbecue sauce all over the pork chops.
- Cook another 5 minutes, then turn and brush homemade barbecue sauce all over the pork chops again.
- Cook 5 minutes longer until internal temperature reaches 140° or there is no longer any pink in the center.
- Move to a plate, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes, to keep the barbecue pork chops juicy.
Bone-in Pork Chops:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Sprinkle the Mesquite seasoning over the pork chops, and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Place pork chops on the grill, cook for 3 minutes, then turn over and brush with homemade barbecue sauce all over the pork chops.
- Cook another 7 minutes, then turn and brush homemade barbecue sauce all over the pork chops again.
- Cook 7 minutes longer until internal temperature reaches 140° or there is no longer any pink in the center.
- Move to a plate, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes, to keep the barbecue pork chops juicy.
