Low Calorie Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons nut butter almond, peanut, cashew
- 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt
Optional Toppings:
- Flaked coconut
- Chopped almonds
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in-between, until melted.
- Carefully (with oven mitts) remove the bowl from the microwave.
- Add in the greek yogurt and fold together until you have a fluffy mousse.
- Move to 2 bowls of ramekins and chill before serving.
