Lemon Cayenne Water is a recipe which has been on the weight loss scene for a number of years, starting in 1940 by Stanley Burroughs. His 1976 book, “The Master Cleanser,” promoted the recipe as part of his weight loss plan and as a natural cure for many ailments.
