One of my favorite weight loss topics to talk about is infused water! Studies have shown that drinking water naturally boosts your metabolism among other water health benefits, and drinking infused water for weight loss can be an easy way to increase your water intake.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- 1 lime
- 2 liters 64 oz of water

Healthy Infused Water Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Ingredients
Cherry Lime Detox Water for Weight Loss:
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- 1 lime washed and sliced
- 2 liters 64 oz of water
Watermelon Blueberry Flavored Water:
- 1 cup watermelon
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 liters 64 oz of water
Cucumber Lemon Blueberry Infused Water:
- ½ cucumber washed and sliced
- 1 lemon washed and sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 liters 64 oz of water
Strawberry Lemon Flavored Water for Weight Loss:
- 1 cup strawberries washed and halved
- 1 lemon washed and sliced
- 2 liters 64 oz of water
Raspberry Orange Infused Water:
- 1 cup raspberries washed
- 1 orange washed and sliced
- 2 liters 64 oz of water
Instructions
- To a carafe or pitcher, add all the fruit and herbs.
- Use a muddler (or potato masher) to gently mash the fruit and herbs to release their flavors.
- Add the water, mix together, and let marinate for 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
Special Tips on Making Fruit Infused Water Recipes:
- Use a Fruit Infused Water Pitcher to make these drinks! The canister in the center of the pitcher will hold the fruit and herbs submerged. This will intensify the flavor!
- If you don't have a fruit infused pitcher, add 3 cups of ice to the top of the water. Do not mix, but instead add to the fridge. As the ice slowly melts it will keep the fruit submerged longer. This will intensify the flavor!
