Healthy Green Apple Juice Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep
- Juice Meal Prep – Add the prepped juice ingredients (less any liquid) to a freezer bag or container and seal. Store in the fridge (will hold for 1 week in the fridge).
- Prepared Juices – These green apple juices are best made fresh, but you can make them ahead of time and store in a clean jar (with a lid) in the fridge.
Leftover Storage
- Fridge Storage – Add any leftover juice to a jar (I actually serve them in jars so all I have to do is add a lid). Close and store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
- Freezer Storage – Pour any leftover juice into ice cube molds, and freeze solid (about 4 hours). Then pop out of the mold and move to a freezer bag to avoid freezer burn. Will hold for 1 month in the freezer.

- Juicer
Ingredients
Apple and Spinach Juice:
- 2 apples
- 2 cups spinach
- 4 kale leaves
- ½ lemon
Green Apple Cucumber Juice:
- 2 apples
- 8 kale leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 3 stalks celery
Apple and Lemon Juice:
- 2 apples
- 2 cups spinach
- 3 stalks celery
- ½ lemon
Green Apple Orange Juice:
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 lemon
Tropical Green Apple Juice:
- 2 apples
- ½ cup pineapple
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup spinach
Instructions
- Wash all the juice ingredients well and pat dry.
- Cut fruit and vegetables into 1-2 inch chunks. Remove any peels.
- Place all ingredients in a juicer.
- Process into juice according to manufacturer’s directions.
