Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ⅛ cup hot brewed espresso or strong coffee

Healthy Turmeric Coffee Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep – To make mornings easy, make the spiced almond milk ahead of time, and place it in the fridge. Also set your coffeemaker the night before if you have one that will accommodate. Alternatively, you can make one or more servings, cool completely and add to a large jar and place in the fridge. Follow reheating directions below.
Leftover Storage – Leftover latte hold in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Reheating – Add to a small sauce pot and heat over low heat for 5 minutes until hot. Or add to a microwave safe mug and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot.

Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small pot combine the almond milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper
- Heat over medium heat until hot, then whisk vigorously until the milk starts to foam.
- Pour the espresso into a coffee cup, top with frothy almond milk mixture.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve hot
