  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Meal Prep: You can make this ahead of time and store it as meal prep in 2 ways. The first way is just to add it to a bowl, cover and refrigerate. But the best way to do it is to scoop out single portions, and roll into cookie dough balls. Then add to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and freeze until solid. Then add the frozen balls to a freezer bag and store in the freezer.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for 1 month.

  1. I haven’t tried it, but I think it might work. If you do try it with oat flour, please let me know how it comes out.

  2. You sure can! I recommend rolling them up into 1 tablespoon balls and freezing them that way. This way you have frozen cookie dough balls… YUM!

  3. Great alternative. I used walnut flour after making my homemade walnut milk. I used the Sait amount of honey, but next time I will decrease to 1/4 cup. Lovely snack.
