Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 clementines
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons zero calorie all natural maple sweetener (or honey, agave, maple syrup)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Make Ahead – Assemble the healthy ambrosia, cover and place in the fridge for later. You can make this several hours before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup strawberries quartered
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 clementines peeled and separated
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons zero calorie all natural maple sweetener
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the fruit.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, zero calorie all-natural sweetener, and vanilla and mix well.
- Gently fold Greek yogurt sauce into fruit salad.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for 2-12 hours before serving.
