Weight Loss Drink Meal Prep and Leftover Storage
Meal Prep: Mix the drinks ahead of time using flat water. Add to the fridge to chill. Will hold for 4 days in the fridge
Serve: I like to pour over ice cubes, but it’s also fun to serve in a fancy martini glass or wine glass.
Leftovers: I like to add leftovers to ice cube molds, and freeze. Then I can use them as ice cubes for drinks later.

Yes, I would say up to 2 days ahead of time.
Can you mix up several days at a time to have on hand? Thanks
All of the measurements are included in the recipe card 🙂
How much of each do you make the drink with how many ounces of cranberry and how many ounces of apple cider
Worth a try.
Please see the recipe card for all of the amounts!
All I saw were the ingredients. No measurement amounts. It doesn’t help me of I don’t know how much of each ingredient to add.
I’ve never tried it, but what you really want in this recipe is a healthy dose of metabolism boosting vitamin C. That’s important to help burn more fat.
Can I substitute a drop or two of orange essential oil for the orange juice? Or (home-made, organic) orange extract?
I would not recommend it. The diet stuff has fake sugars and preservatives that can cause weight gain. I recommend unsweetened, organic, which you can find at most stores for a reasonable cost.
Can I use the Ocean Spray Diet Cranberry?!
I just tried this recipe, and I love it. Can I mix up a few days of servings at once and store in the refrigerator, or does that reduce the potency?
Thanks!
