Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.

Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowls:
- Add 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt to two bowls.
- Mix in honey or maple syrup, and mix well.
- Choose one of the 10 Greek Yogurt Toppings below and add to your Greek Yogurt bowl.
10 Greek Yogurt Toppings:
- Berries and cream – toss 1/3 cup mixed berries with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar (or honey). Add to your Greek Yogurt. (ADDS 24 CALORIES)
- Peaches, Blueberries and Almonds – add 1/2 peach, sliced, 2 tablespoons of blueberries and 2 tablespoons of almonds to your Greek Yogurt. (ADDS 54 CALORIES)
- Apples and pecans– add 1/4 cup thin sliced apples, and 1 tablespoon pecans to Greek Yogurt. Drizzle lightly with 1 teaspoon maple syrup. (ADDS 72 CALORIES)
- Peanut butter and bananas – add half of a sliced banana. Warm 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in the microwave for 10-20 seconds, then drizzle over your Greek Yogurt. (ADDS 73 CALORIES)
- Strawberries and Chocolate – add 3 sliced strawberries, 1 tablespoon of fat free chocolate syrup, and 1/4 cup Chocolate Granola to your Greek Yogurt. (ADDS 87 CALORIES)
- Double chocolate – add some fat free chocolate syrup to the Greek yogurt and mix together. Top with 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup Chocolate Granola. (ADDS 98 CALORIES)
- Strawberry banana – add 1/2 of a sliced banana, and 3 chopped strawberries to your Greek yogurt. Drizzle lightly with 1 teaspoon honey, or sprinkle over 1 teaspoon powdered sugar. (ADDS 43 CALORIES)
- Lemon blueberry – add 1/4 cup blueberries, and grate 1 teaspoon lemon zest over your Greek Yogurt. Lightly drizzle with honey or maple syrup. (ADDS 21 CALORIES)
- Chocolate Covered Cherry – add 1/4 cup pitted dark red cherries (look in the frozen fruit section), 1/2 tablespoon dark chocolate chips, and drizzle over 1 tablespoon fat free chocolate syrup over your Greek Yogurt. (ADDS 61 CALORIES)
- Blackberry almond – mix 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract and 1 teaspoon honey to Greek Yogurt and mix well. Top with 1/4 blackberries, and 1 tablespoon slivered almonds. (ADDS 39 CALORIES)
