- 2 teaspoons all natural zero calorie brown sugar (or brown sugar)
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 oz Crisp Apple Sparkling Water (or apple cider)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Apple slice (optional garnish)
- Rosemary Sprig (optional garnish)

Make Ahead – Make the mocktail as directed (feel free to double or triple the amounts to make a large batch). Add to a large lidded jar, or pitcher. Place in the fridge to chill. To serve, mix well and pour over ice.
Refrigerated Drinks – Will hold in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Low Calorie Apple Cinnamon Mocktails (8 CALORIES)
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons all natural zero calorie brown sugar or brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 oz Apple Sparkling Water or apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Apple slice optional garnish
- Rosemary Sprig optional garnish
Instructions
- Add the all natural zero calorie brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice to a small plate to make a sugar rim mixture.
- Lightly wet the rim of a glass with water, then dip it in the zero calorie sugar rim mixture. Roll around so that the rim is covered.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the Crisp Apple Sparkling Water or apple cider to a cocktail shaker with the cinnamon stick, then add 1/2 cup ice.
- Shake for 30-60 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass, and garnish.
