Healthy Almond Milk Latte Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep
- Individual Servings – Brew the coffee and make the lattes as directed below in a jar with a lid- do not add ice. Place in the fridge for the next day. Then pour over ice, or add ice to the jar to serve.
- Large Servings – Brew the coffee and mix together with sugar and vanilla extract. Add to a pitcher, and chill in the fridge. Pour into glasses filled with ice, top with almond milk and serve.
Storage
Freezer Storage – Pour any leftover latte into ice cube molds, and freeze solid (about 4 hours). Then pop out of the mold and move to a freezer bag to avoid freezer burn. Will hold for 1 month in the freezer and is great in lattes and smoothies.
Fridge Storage – Cover and store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Raw stevia is a great option. But beware of thinking of it as zero calorie and therefore you can have as much as you like. When we eat sweets (stevia included) the body automatically starts craving more sweets and more carbs.
Stevia may be zero calories, but it should still be consumed in moderation for this reason.
You are right about the sugar. What about stevia which comes from an herb?
Amazing content.
Wow
