  1. Cut the watermelon in half, and use a large spoon to scoop the watermelon into a blender. Discard the rind.
  2. Add in any additional Add-Ins, and pulse to get things moving.
  3. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer (if desired) and serve over ice.
  5. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 3-4 days, shake before pouring.
