  1. Wash the broccolini in cold water and trim about 1/2-inch off the bottom of the stems.
  2. Spray a large straight skillet with olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the Broccolini and sauté for 6-7 minutes, until the lightly charred.
  4. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the lemon juice and cover the skillet.
  6. Simmer in the lemon juice for 2 minutes, then move to two plates.
  7. Add 1/4 cup hummus to each plate, top with olives and serve.

  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
