  4. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the lemon juice and cover the skillet.
  6. Simmer in the lemon juice for 2 minutes, then move to two plates.
  7. Add 1/4 cup hummus to each plate, top with olives and serve.

  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons sliced olives optional
