This Low Calorie Fry Sauce is a Freddy’s fry sauce “copycat” and is just 20 calories! As an Idahoan myself, I know all too well how yummy (and diverse) fry sauces can be, but all that mayonnaise is fatty and unhealthy. So I made a “copycat” Freddy fry sauce recipe with no mayo.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • ½ cup 0% Greek Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons organic ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon Homemade Seasoning Salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 7 days, does not hold well in the freezer.

  • To a medium bowl, combine all the homemade fry sauce ingredients.
  • Mix well and serve immediately, or cover and store in the fridge for up to a week.
