Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% greek yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
Optional Toppings:
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries
- ⅛ cup Homemade Granola
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions
- Add the yogurt, protein powder, and strawberries to a blender.
- Pulse to get things moving, then blend until smooth. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time as needed to get things moving.
- Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add any desired toppings and serve.
