Finally, it is very important that you use self rising flour, all-purpose flour will not work in this recipe.

If you don’t have parchment paper that’s ok. You can flour a clean surface, and add more flour to the top of the dough and roll it out that way.

I like the cleanup ease of using parchment paper, but you can make it either way.

How to Make Healthy Chicken Alfredo Pizza:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and set out a pizza tray or baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the flour, yogurt, and garlic salt and mix until combined.
  3. Form into a ball of dough.
  4. Lay a piece of parchment paper out on the countertop (it should be the size of the pizza tray you set out).
  5. Place the dough in the center of the parchment paper. Top the dough with a little flour and a second piece of parchment paper.
  6. Use a rolling pin to roll it out. It will be about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Move the pizza dough to the pizza tray, and remove the top layer of parchment paper.
  8. Spread the Alfredo sauce over the pizza crust.
  9. Top with cheese, chicken, and add the tomatoes, and basil.
  10. Transfer the pizza into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  11. When the crust is golden, remove the pizza from the oven, and slice into eight slices.
