Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the chops and marinade to a bag, mix and add to the freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a 350 degree oven until warmed through (about 20 minutes)

Low Calorie Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients
- Olive Oil Spray
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly spray a 9×13 cassarole dish with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, onion powder and pepper.
- Rub the spice mix over the pork chops, and place them in the prepared cassarole dish. Spray lightly with olive oil.
Bone-In Pork Chop Cooking Directions:
- Place the the pork chops in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until they is no pink in the center (140 degrees Fahrenheit). *Note: thick cut will take an additional 3 minutes.
