  • (8-inch) whole-wheat tortillas (or low carb tortillas)
  • Olive Oil Spray

How to Make Healthy Tortilla Bowls

Special Tip: If you don’t have oven safe bowls you can use two 9×9 casserole dishes. Just ball up some foil in the corners of the baking dish to give it a round shape.

Low Calorie Tortilla Bowls

How to Make Healthy Tortilla Bowls:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the tortillas in two oven-safe bowls.
  3. Spray the tops of the tortillas with olive oil spray.
  4. Bake for 10-20 minutes until browned and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and place upside down on a cooling rack until ready to use.
