- (8-inch) whole-wheat tortillas (or low carb tortillas)
- Olive Oil Spray
How to Make Healthy Tortilla Bowls
I had the great pleasure of making these on the Rachael Ray Show! I included the video below so you can watch Rach and I make them together.
Special Tip: If you don’t have oven safe bowls you can use two 9×9 casserole dishes. Just ball up some foil in the corners of the baking dish to give it a round shape.


How to Make Healthy Tortilla Bowls:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the tortillas in two oven-safe bowls.
- Spray the tops of the tortillas with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes until browned and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and place upside down on a cooling rack until ready to use.
