  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or caramel)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Protein Latte Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep – To make mornings easy, set your coffeemaker the night before if you have one that will accommodate. Alternatively, you can make one or more servings, cool completely and add to a large jar and place in the fridge. Follow reheating directions below. 
Leftover Storage – Leftover latte hold in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Reheating – Add to a small sauce pot and heat over low heat for 5 minutes until hot. Or add to a microwave safe mug and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot.

Ingredients
 
 

Vanilla Protein Lattes:

  • ½ cup strong brewed cold coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Protein Lattes:

  • ½ cup strong brewed cold coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Caramel Protein Lattes:

  • ½ cup strong brewed cold coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 1 scoop caramel protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to a small sauce pot and mix together.
  • Heat on the stovetop over medium heat.
  • While the protein powder latte heats, mix together continuously so that all the protein powder dissolves.
  • Once hot and dissolved (about 3 minutes) remove the pot from the heat, and pour into coffee mug.
