- 2 tablespoons white cheddar (or any cheese you like!)
- Olive oil spray

- 1 teaspoon sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped bell peppers
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 tablespoon cooked and shredded chicken

Healthy Chaffle Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can easily meal prep these! Simply wrap individual portions in parchment paper, and stack in a gallon freezer bag or container.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and in the freezer for a month.
Reheating: You can add the wrapped servings to the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Or pop in a toaster/toaster oven for a couple minutes.

Equipment
Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- Add the egg whites and cheese to a medium bowl and whisk together.
- Lightly spray the waffle iron with olive oil spray (or cooking spray).
- Pour the egg mixture onto the waffle iron and close.
- Cook until the light indicates your chaffle waffle is ready, or until it's done to your liking.
- Carefully remove from the waffle iron (it’s hot!) and move to a plate, and serve.
