Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the ingredients to a bag, mix and add to the freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes.

- Air fryer
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2.5 teaspoons chosen spice blend see below
- Olive Oil Spray
Homemade Seasoning Blends:
- All-Natural Taco Seasoning (shown) or store-bought
- Low Calorie Ranch Seasoning or store-bought
- Homemade Seasoning Salt or store-bought
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
- Sprinkle your chosen seasoning blend over both sides of the chicken.
- Spray the chicken with olive oil on both sides.
- Add the chicken to the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes (5 for small, 6 for medium, and 7 for larch chicken breasts) until the juices run clear the the internal temperature of the chicken breasts is 165 degrees.
- Serve hot, or allow to rest on a cutting board until safe to handle and slice for meal prep lunches or dinners.
