- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons water

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

Instructions
How to Make Lemon Vinaigrette in a JAR:
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium to large jar.
- Cover tightly and shake for 30-60 seconds.
- Uncover, taste, add more salt or pepper as needed, and serve.
- Will hold in the fridge for 4 days.
How to Make Lemon Vinaigrette in a BOWL:
- Add the lemon zest, juice, maple, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and water to a medium bowl. Whisk together until the honey and mustard are dissolved.
- While whisking, slowly pour the olive oil to the bowl.
- Taste, add more salt or pepper as needed, and serve.
- Move leftovers to a jar or lidded container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
