  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon zero calorie all-natural maple syrup (see recipe card)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil or MCT oil

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon zero calorie all-natural maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove minced or shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil or MCT oil

Instructions
 

How to Make Lemon Vinaigrette in a JAR:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium to large jar.
  • Cover tightly and shake for 30-60 seconds.
  • Uncover, taste, add more salt or pepper as needed, and serve.
  • Will hold in the fridge for 4 days.

How to Make Lemon Vinaigrette in a BOWL:

  • Add the lemon zest, juice, maple, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and water to a medium bowl. Whisk together until the honey and mustard are dissolved.
  • While whisking, slowly pour the olive oil to the bowl.
  • Taste, add more salt or pepper as needed, and serve.
  • Move leftovers to a jar or lidded container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
