Burger oven directions:

  1. Make the hamburger patties, according to the directions above.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°, and place a cooling rack onto a cookie sheet
  3. Once the oven is hot, bake your hamburgers on the cooling rack in the oven for 15 minutes. Your burger temperature should be 155°F for medium, cook for an additional five minutes if you like your burgers well done.

Making hamburgers on the grill does not have to be unhealthy, when you make a burger homemade, you have the power to add and healthy ingredients, and remove unhealthy ingredients.

First of all, your burger sauce should be some thing low-calorie to no calorie, like a grainy mustard, or a homemade catch-up.

Cheeseburger calories range anywhere between 500 to 1000 on average, but my healthy recipes for burgers are only 417 calories!

If you’re looking to shave off even more calories, you can hollow out your hamburgers buns, or you can choose to omit the hamburgers buns, and eat the burger on top of salad, or inside of butter lettuce leaves.
